The Process
Learn
First we get to know you, then we get to know your data. We call the second part technical discovery, and it's key to designing a system that's as you-coded as possible.
Build
We work in weekly sprints, where you're supported by a product manager and developer. Each week features 1-2 touchpoints for you to review progress and unblock development.
Test
We onboard your team, train them on your system, and oversee user testing. It's critical that testing be integrated into design; we only get the best results through your feedback.
Support
We never leave you behind—through documentation, follow-up calls, and hourly maintenance, we ensure that your systems get the love they deserve.
